He has served on numerous boards of directors, including the arts council, a golf course, a parochial school parents association, Ducks Unlimited, Pheasants Forever, and the Pine Technical College Foundation. He is also recognized by the Minnesota Law and Politics magazine as a Super Lawyer.

Kevin has refined his expertise over the past few decades representing individuals, businesses, banking institutions, and government entities—practicing real estate law, business law, estate planning, probate, land use law, and construction law. Kevin is also an experienced mediator.
